Go Green Fashion Show

Hi Everyone,
If you have any ideas for the fashion show please place them here. Our VP of community service, Hana, will be heading this project so you can e-mail her as well.
We will also be using this project as one of the AMA competitions "Fundraising for Unicef".
We'll want to use local artist, designers, and performers so if you know anyone let us know!!!!!!!!!!
Hana had a great idea to use High School students from around the local area as models; this way we'll get a lot of their parents and friends to come see the event.
Thanks,
Andrea

Hi Everyone,
A few people mentioned that fundraising for
Haiti
might raise more interest than Unicef. However, since the fashion show is our major project for the
AMA fundraising competition
the
Unicef Tap Project
must be our primary focus. We can still definitely use Haiti to help raise interest in the cause though.
I found this article on the Unicef website (
http://fieldnotes.unicefusa.org/mt/mt-search.cgi?tag=tapproject.org&blog_id=1
) ... Take a look!
We’ve received overwhelming support from our volunteers wanting to take action to support the relief efforts in Haiti. Did you know that becoming a volunteer for the UNICEF Tap Project is another way that you can help?
Haiti was a recipient of 2009 UNICEF Tap Project funds, and has already been designated as a recipient for 2010 UNICEF Tap Project campaign funds. UNICEF's emergency response will provide short-term water and sanitation relief, while 2010 UNICEF Tap Project funds will help rebuild Haiti’s already insufficient water and sanitation infrastructure over the long-run. To read about how UNICEF Tap Project funds have already helped the children of Haiti, click here.
