Being a collegiate member of the AMA carries a lot of benefits as well as countless opportunities for your future. It is important to understand that the more work you put into the organization and furthering your professional development, the more you will get out of it. As such, our chapter keeps track of every member's activity throughout the year.

The main purpose of our points system is to fairly determine the allocation of our funds when the National Collegiate Conference comes around. While any of our members are welcome to make the trip and enjoy everything the conference has to offer, those who are truly dedicated to the chapter will receive a greater portion of our funding than those who do not attend any meetings or events. We always want as many members as possible to attend the conference, so we take great care and consideration when it comes to the distribution of the funds our chapter raised throughout the year.
